The Denver Post Archives have shared these rare photos documenting the Depression Era Life in color from 1939-1943:

My forays into color are diminishing unless I can fild a film that I like.

But here a reminder of Color from Canyonlands National Park........

  1. Fantastic photos. Thanks for sharing the link. Too bad we no longer have Kodachrome:( !!!!!!
    Digital will never be as good or last as long. True life. True color rendition. Only way there was to preserve it was Kodachrome. I really miss that film. Luckily I have thousands of slides archived. I wish I would have shot more of it on 4 X 5 though.
