Personal Vision: Making Some Choices

I've referred to the workshop I'm taking right now in previous posts. Now I'm making some decisions regarding final book/portfolio selections.

I have three versions of Ladders that I'd like to use in my final collection:

First the Original Photoshop conversion to B&W.  It's a bit out of

focus so I tried some filtering effects to compensate:

Above: Photoshop Smudge Stick Filter.

Below: Photoshop Ink Outline Filter.

I'm leaning towards the Ink Outline.......What do you think?

Ute Mountain Tribal Park: The Ancient Ones

The Ute Tribe in Colorado (more properly the Weminuche People) have many Spectacular Cliff Dwellings on their reservation.  Accessible only by arranged Guided Tours.  We visited there last week with Our Photography Club......

The first location we visited was Porcupine Canyon:

These are B&W conversions of digital images.  I've optimized them for Printing (in case they seem a bit dark).  These are candidates for my Personal Vision Project........Comments Appreciated.

Pipe Shrine House @ Mesa Verde

We made a recent trip to Mesa Verde with our Photography Club (UWPC).  Lot's of time to think on the road out there and back.  So I've decided to keep this Blog as my photo diary, and post my Personal Vision Journey on Word Press.
