I agree. I liked the angle so I worked on it for a while. But then I did want to try a straight on view (middle one).
At first glance #1 and #3 are the same angle. The difference is #3 was taken using a green filter, which darkens the contrast in the red rocks; #1 was taken with a red filter, which flattens the contrast.

I think I go for the last one. It just seems to have more definition and tonal range ............ I think.
