Boulder Power Plant

Continuing with the theme of 'Stillness' a view of the Boulder Power Plant on a quiet day yielding a nice reflection.

In the Background a glimpse of the Indian Peaks.

  1. I like architectural shots, especially industrial; great reflection on this one. I loaned a Mamiya 645 about 25 years ago and put a couple of b&w films through, really enjoyed using it.

  2. The 645 has become my primary camera. But when I don't feel like carrying all the gear I use the Mamiya 6.

I've become fond of the Power Plant. At least this one doesn't burn coal; most in Denver do burn coal. The problem, though, it that it obscures the best view of the Indian Peaks which form the Continental Divide in our area.
