2015 Resolutions: If at first you don't Succeed, Try, try Again!
- Spending More Time in the Darkroom
- Finally learning how to make good digital negatives (got a book for Christmas)
- Building a LED-UV light box for Alternative processes
- Solargram in the Front yard (Missed the Winter Solstice, but I'll try for the Spring Equinox)
Spending more time in the darkroom is the BIG priority for 2016. The only thing I'll add are the two Weekly photo challenges, which I also challenge you to consider:
52 Week Photography Challenge from Dogwood Photography
AND
52 Rolls 2016 Project posted on EMULSIVE
Those sound like excellent goals. I'd love to try out some solargrams as well but the weather here is terrible..can't remember when we last saw the sun! Which book did you get on digital negatives?
ReplyDeleteHi, missed the question at the end..... I have two books:
Delete"Making Digital Negatives for Contact Printing" by Dan Burkholder. I could never really get into this book. It was too advanced for where I am or probably ever would want to be. But I have it when I get there.
The second book is:
"Easy Digital Negatives: Historical and Alternative Photography" by Peter Mrhar
P.S. posted the reply but thought you might not see it....
